          @Sportsfreund So it’s a bug that I can see it in the app (Suunto Ocean)?

            I’ve been using it since yesterday and it looks good even though it’s a MIP screen.

              Btw, is there anyone here who runs?

              I entered UTMB, but didn’t have luck with the lottery despite having 12 stones. Next year I’ll have even more stones.

                @sky-runner I watched a video on YouTube the other day when someone spoke about his UTMB experience. He did a charity thing and bypassed the lottery that way…

                  @martintrail Yes, about 50 ultra races now and I run a fair amount. Not interested in having to qualify for UTMB though, plenty of other great races closer to me.

                      @Steven-Hambleton Full 165km UTMB. I don’t see a reason to travel to Europe for a shorter distance. Running UTMB (165 km distance) has been my dream for more than a decade.

                        @sky-runner Wow impressive! I’m doing Couch To 5K at the moment and my sister invited me to the Ultra Trail in Australia, so I said yes! It is now my big scary goal before I turn 50 in June…

                        This is the one I’m hoping to get a ticket for - https://uta.utmb.world/races/uta11

                          @Steven-Hambleton, this race look great! It has a good amount of ascent for a relatively short distance, so expect to hike uphill parts of the race course. Everyone around you will be doing the same. In a way, steep mountain races are easier than flat road running races. The terrain is challenging but varying so you don’t have to keep hammering exactly the same muscles throughout the race, and switching muscle groups makes it somewhat easier both physically and mentally.

                            @sky-runner That’s good to know 🙂

                            My sister suggested I get lots of steps exercise in, I have a set of steps near me with about 100 steps so building up to 10 sets should see me through!

                            I’m currently battling a slightly sore knee as I think I overdid it yesterday - it’s already feeling better after a bit of ice and elevation.

                            Time to actually pay attention to my Couch to 5K guide 😉
