With my S9PP I’m seeing elevation gain values that are confusing me.
I often run the elevation correction feature in Strava, and usually it returns a very similar value to the original one when I run hills; when I run on almost flat terrains, my watch records lower values, for example 39 meters versus 116 meters from Strava.
I tried different methods to recalculate the elevation gain, but didn’t come to any reliable conclusion. As I read from many sources, devices with a barometer are usually the most accurate, but I just can’t imagine my flat courses being that flat. I even followed the instructions found on this forum to properly clean the barometer.
      Any suggestions?
