Bad heart rate interpretation by bike riding

Hi, I always have a problem with a heart rate measurement on the wrist, while I am riding a bike. Its like I m not moving at all, or sleeping.

@kompot Have you tried the other wrist? I started getting better and believable results from my right wrist even though it took me a while to get used to (having worn the watch on my left wrist for over 50 years).

@kompot I find with the arm tension on the bike my HR is not accurate either - when biking I use a chest strap.
