      Hi!
I’ve had the race for a few weeks. Everything ok overall but I couldn’t do any activities due to some health problems. Yesterday I tried to go for a walk following a route loaded on the Race. Position taken immediately, started the activity, the map is displayed correctly but if I change the screen and then return to the map, the screen remains black, without grid. You can see the information turn by turn but otherwise black screen. If I go to the other screens, everything is ok. If I go back to the map black screen. I try to stop and restart the activity, same thing: at the beginning I can see the map with route and location, if I change screen and return to the map I have a black screen.
It seems to me a different problem from the “no-map-problem” I found on the forum, or not? Should I do a reset?

@Antonio-Petrizzo all black? Or like this:

That’s considered normal and the map should be there when raising your wrist

        Currently Race I

@ChrisA It was all black. But I think it’s because of the loaded track, maybe it had some problem. With other tracks it worked fine. Thanks
