      Hello everyone,
I thought I would not need to come here but since I lost 3 trainings sensors data, it is more than urgent.

The scenario looks different on each time but seems to happens quite too often (3 times in 2 months).

I start an activity and after 10 minutes, both my rate sensor and my heart rate sensor seems to disconnect during the activity leaving a flat dataset on the display and nothing at all on the app.
For the moment, race season has not started but it would be a shame to lose data and have nothing to monitor it afterward.

It could also happen before the start of a training, sensors are not discovered at all (at least it could be possible to restart the watch in this situation), I had this happening this week between two sessions.

After a restart of the watch, all looks ok, I suppose it has something to do with the bluetooth chip but not sure.

Someone else is having trouble with connectivity ?

@GPaddle I lost connection to the phone / SA. I tried to reconnect and Suunto App found my Vertical, but still the connect button was grayed out. Phone restart fixed the problem. Might be related to my OnePlus getting a new Android version…
