Suunto Race unable to turn on

Hi my suunto race cannot turn on for few days. A week ago i sent my watch to suunto service centre in Hong Kong and then send me back. The answer i got from them is software jammed. After few days i got my watch back it happened again. I tried so many times to soft reset 12s and 60s while charging but no respond from my watch. It’s so frustrating i can’t use my watch. Somebody please help me.
