Inaccurate heart rate

Hi all i purchased a suunto 9 peak pro a bit over a month ago, Im having major issues with the accuracy of the heart rate at all times.
I can be sitting in my desk or on the couch watching tv checking my HR and one second it’ll be 60-70 then jump to 120-150, light walking can easily start at 100 and jump to 150~ and its unstable.
Ive tested it against garmin Vivoactive 5 and samsung galaxy watch 5 which are less expensive then the 9 peak pro and both the galaxy and the Vivoactive were pretty much at the same HR as the other and the suunto kept jumping all over the place.
I talked to customer service they suggested soft/hard reset, updating/reverting versions, its a brand new watch that isn’t cheap but behaves as one, im lost guys how can i solve this issue?
