EON Core enable pausing of Decompression/Safety Stop count down

Could Suunto consider enhancing EON Core to pause the Decompression/Safety Stop count down when a diver unintentionally drops below the decompression/safety stop window for a short period of time. At the moment the instead of pausing the count down restarts which leads to unnecessary additional time being spent at the stop depth (especially if this happens a few times during the stop due to poor buoyancy or water wave conditions.)
