Suunto 9 peak pro - HRM not working

Hi i have had trouble with my NEW suunto 9 peak pro in that the software update to fix the problem with HRM and sleep tracking has not worked at all and my HRM just does not work? Anybody else have the same issues or any idea how to fix this? Customer service is not responding.
