I need some help. My watch uploaded software 20.39.20 on the 20th and things have not worked since. Currently I can use most of the normal watch features but nothing HR related and the battery life is now only lasting two days, whereas before it be a week or longer. I’ve tried both hard and soft resets and they seem to spiral into several hours of the watch trying to upload new software and then telling me it’s taking too long and then ultimately not working, leading me to an error code of 1401,1401,1401,1401. After all of these issues, the HR will work for a short time and then just stops.
I’m a little frustrated.Any ideas?
