Heart Rate Measurement stops

I own a 9PP since November. Last week “something happened” nighttime, and the HR doesn’t work anymore as expected. My FW is 2.39.20.
The HR start to work after reset (long press of upper key), after turn off/turn on, after factory reset, but stops to work after few hrs.
This said, does anyone have a solution?
I tried to reach out Suunto folks via chat today, but they are all offline even if it’s Monday. I suppose they all are off due to Xmas. -
