How can I upload a (tour route) GPX file to the Suunto Race watch?
Please write to me if this can be solved.

You need to upload it via the app.
Go into the Suunto App route planner. Click on the “+” symbol in the bottom right of the screen and choose the option to import a gpx file.
Select the file you want, then edit any details if necessary, toggle on the “use in the watch” switch and save it.
Sync your watch with the app and the route will transfer.
