my Ambit 3 does not download swimming activities to the App; on the other hand, trekking activities are well tolerated. How can the problem be solved?

I have Ambit3 and it’s working in beta version to sync swimming activities via Bluetooth and SuuntoLink too, I’m on Android. What error are you seeing?
