Screen frozen on Suunto logo

Hello, My watch was frozen on “Don’t disturb mode activated”. After several minutes, I decide to initialize the wtach by pressing the upper button during 12 s. The screen became black, the “suunto” logo appears, the watch vibrate and … Nothing. The “suunto” logo still on the screen.
Have you got a procedure to factory reset the wathch without acces to it ?
