Screen burn

Despite correct use, the screen burned out after less than 3 years. Sent to repair service but very disappointed by their response: ‘the watch is completely dead and cannot be repaired. We can recycle it for you for free and you can purchase a new Suunt Race (at normal market price). In addition, you must first pay €41 if you want your watch back’.
So clearly no problem analysis has been done and they still want to make some extra money from my problem…
