Suunto race - Heart Rate

I bought the new Suunto race and I’m having issue with the HR feature, it won’t read my HR unless I’ll restart the watch. The watch is less than a month old and issue already happened 4 times

Has anyone come back to you on this issue? I am having the same problems and also not even 6 months old and having to send it in for them to test. They can’t tell me how long that will even take.
