Unable to download offline maps - empty list

Hey all, I Just got the new Suunto Ocean and am very excited!
The problem is with the maps downloading:
I did everything manually, connected to wifi, and put on the charger, but the problem is that the list of maps in the Suunto app is empty!
I’ve searched for Greece, Athens, and so on, but there are no results. The list is empty.
The watch was updated, and I also did a reconnection, but it didn’t help.Has anybody had such a problem? What is the solution to getting maps to watch?
