No synchronisatie with race and mobile phone

My mobile phone finds the suunto race wenn i push the watch icon in the app
Butt won’t connect to recieve the data from the watch.
I tryed everything , only not a reset .
Wenn the phone is connected , see attached file ( screenshot from mobile )
But won’t connect ( verbinden ).
I don get the data from last training
what do i have to do. -
@andre-3sen first of all, remove the watch from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your phone, and in the connection settings of the watch remove the paired app (if there is one).
Then I would also reboot phone and watch, and try again. -
