Audio for specific app is not playing

Hi ALL! New here.
We are using a Sunnto 7 and we have installed an app from Google Play store. The App has a countdown audible timer, so it calls out the time audible. The app works on other WearOS devices and it runs on the Sunnto 7 however we cannot hear the audible countdown feature.
We have tested YouTube Music and we can hear the audio. We have reset, and updated watch but still the same, any ideas would be appreciated!!!
