Screen turned off during activity

Since software update 2.33.12, I am observing a new problem.
Durig indoor cycling activity, the screen is turned off almost immediately after the activity starts.
I am using performance battery mode.
Previously, the screen remained active during the activity. -

BTW, I did not observe the same thing with hiking activity.The only wka I found is to activate permanent display

display behaviour is the same for all activities but expected behaviour could differ.
we keep reporting this and hope it will be customised some day
