      Hello,
this morning I noticed a small scratch on the glass… Is it possible ?
3 month of use I have done paragliding, snowboarding and some Hike. I don’t remember hitting it anything hard.

@Airo ofcourse this is possible. The watches are very tough, but not bullet proof.

@Airo sapphire is pretty tough but as @surfboomerang said it is not impossible to scratch it.

If you want to try and fix it and the crystal isn’t cracked or chipped, get some 3 micron diamond paste and rub with a micro fiber cloth until they are gone. Follow that with 0.25 micron diamond to buff out the light scratches the 3 micron leaves behind.

There are plenty of watch repair videos that show this process and I’ve done this for a few of mine where it wasn’t bad enough to replace the crystal.

@Airo I scratched my Vertical by skiing into a pile of rocks. The watch must have hit rocks too.

Would attempting to buff out a scratch affect the warranty?
