Are the lagging and heart rate sensor issues fixed ?

Hello,
I’m very interested in buying a Suunto Race. I love the design. But reviews report horrible lagging issues even after firmware update (see here https://www.reddit.com/r/Suunto/comments/18a3pd9/suunto_race_is_getting_smoother/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button ) and also big heart rate sensor issues. Are these issues fixed ?
Because honestly, as an Apple Watch owner, I can’t use on a watch that lags that much.Thank you

@bcourcet The lagging everone complains about is simply nonexistent for me. I am not measuring how fast I can get from one screen to another.
In my experience Apple is far far better with OHR than any other. No comparison, Suunto is not as accurate but only during exercise, otherwise identical for me. My AWU 1 would often drop HR during exercise for long times. I wear a belt. -

I’ve never experienced any lag… it is responsive and fast.
Regarding HR… NO, it is not fixed.
