S9PP no power after charge

Put my S9PP on charge last night with it at 15% for a race tomorrow, watch now has no power and is completely dead. No connectivity to the app, tried reset no joy……not what l needed the day before a race.

@daveyg182 sorry to hear this. Any possibility it wasn’t charging? One of my charging pucks requires careful placement.
