today something went wrong during my bike ride. On the return trip SR advised me to change GPS mode due to the low battery level. I selected ultra or something similar and off I went. When I got home I saw that the recording was lost 10km along the way and started up again when I took a long break to eat and drink. So I wonder if I should have waited for the six satellite fix when I changed mode…

@OnlyoneKenobi No, that should not have happened. I will try switching modes on the fly and see what happens. I have done this in the past and not had this issue.

I think then that SR had a freezing moment. I remember that in the summary, on the clock, in the various graphs there was a rather large hole. If I can recover it from the watch when the charge runs out I’ll post some photos

It looks like the device wasn’t restarted - had this last week.

              Yeah may be…

I’m contacting support today, I’ve been trying to recharge the SR since yesterday but watch doesn’t want to hear about it, it is stopped to 12% even if recharging lightning however is shown.
I attach the photos taken from the watch of yesterday’s activity

the mystery deepens, I checked the trace of my Garmin edge and it reports the same anomaly at this point I doubt that SR is to blame
