      Hello everyone,
      I would like to track the delays/responsa times that Suunto Support is having.

      My race arrive into Finland on the 8th of Jan. Last week I contacted support and they told me I should expect 3 more weeks before having my Race repaired…

      What is your experience?

        Few years ago I experimented support twice for baro sensor replacement on A3P.
        It was around 3 weeks from send to return each time.

        Suunto’s devices at home :
        Vertical titanium solar
        Suunto Race S
        S9pp titanium sand
        Suunto Wing & Spark
        S9B titanium Ambassador edition, A3P, X6

          My 9PP has been with Suunto just under 4 weeks. I received a mail last week informing me they were experiencing high load on their service centre so to expect delays.
          No idea of how much longer.

              @Luis-Andés-Olmedo It’s definitely a big hassle and I really hope Suunto fixes it quickly, but if I’m not mistaken in the meantime you have a chance to get a watch, so in my opinion I would do that … I would take advantage of every opportunity given to me to make the problem that is ultimately all ours less of a nuisance.

                  If I am not mistaken, I had read on the forum that they could ship a replacement watch (by paying a deposit, of course). Try contacting support and ask for confirmation

                    Thank you. I’ve taken an alternative solution: just ordered a Garmin Epix on Amazon.de at a very good price (450€). When I have my race back I will decide what to do…
