No Vo2 max
-
@GiPFELKiND good question. I think it took maybe 5-6 runs or so can’t remember but certainly not 10
-
@GiPFELKiND took me around 10 runs or so before the estimates came out
-
@leafs93 @BastMaSVSRS9PP thank you for the information!!! Seems like a faulty documentation…
-
@BrunoH yeah they should have put that info into some form of documentation so users are aware

@BastMaSVSRS9PP
Thanks, but nothing there except personal settings
I’ve done 8 weeks worth of walking, hiking and trail running ( my garmin that this replaced puts my Vo2 max at 65) fitness age20, im 54.
One big issue is that the wrist hr doesn’t register higher heart rates. On the bike i do max efforts at 180-185 hr and my wrist hr is still cruising in zone 2 at 135… -

@BastMaSVSRS9PP
Di you need to run at Vo2 max zone?
Most of my runs are zone 2-3.
On my bike i do most of my high intensity intervals but it seems Suunto doesn’t recognize biking as a way to calculate Vo2 max? -
@BrunoH for me it is exactly the same it says to record 1 run or 3 for detailed analysis. I think it is glitch in new software. We just have to wait to get it fixed
-
My race shows vo2max after 14 runs, fantastic experience.
-
@zhang965 ! 2 runs and the vo2max is shown on my race… I was very long time in Zone 4 and 5 is this the reason why other users didnt see their vo2max?! I believe you have to spent some Training time in Higher zones to get your vo2max IMG_20240109_194918.jpg

I’m not a 16min/km runner
All my runs are between zone 4 and 5
