Some problems after 6 weeks
-
Hi,
Bought the Race mid november. Its been great. Very accurate for me especially sleep tracking up until today. Today it says that I took two naps on different occasions for about two hours each. I did not, I just sat on the sofa watching darts WC. Good, exciting games even.
I have now lowered my rest HR a bit in settings. Anything else I can do? I have the latest update and I synch it often.Another problem the last few days it that on two occasions when loading an activity (running and weight lifting) it does not load the activity. Nothing happens so I had to turn the watch off both times. Then it worked.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

@Stefan-B What do you mean by loading the activity? Is it starting the activity? What happens? Does the screen go blank?

@Brad_Olwin
Yes exactly.I wanted to a do a run. I choose run and normally it finds the HR and it tries to find gps and all that and then you press start. But on two times now nothing happens. It doesnt find anything. It just said ”loading” but nothing happens. Had to switch off the watch and start over.

@Stefan-B Are you using a custom sport mode? If so, I would delete it and start over. If not you may want to try a hard reset. A hard reset will remove all data including HRV, custom sport modes, etc.

The naps are driving me crazy. Sat down to watch TV now and the watch thinks I took a nap for 44 minutes. This did not happen once for the first 6 weeks but now three times the last two days. What has changed?

New day and two more naps registered watching TV at night.
Does it even matter if I keep changing my rest HR in settings?I broke my right wrist last week cycling and I always wear my watch on my right arm. Now that arm is in a cast and I wear the race on my left arm. Weird, but could this be the reason?
Ive had it on my right arm for six weeks and no naps registered when Im awake. Since monday it has registered six naps when I’m awake watching TV wearing the watch on my left arm…
I liked the race more when it was more accurate and it was that for the first six weeks.

@Stefan-B Mine is not registering naps when I watch TV…perhaps you need to watch something more exciting:). just joking!
Do you have autoDND set for when you are watching TV? If so, I would disable that and set later to see if that helps. That is about all I can think of.
