Is it possible to restart the watch without having to turn it off and on again?
When I turn off the watch it goes completely out of calibration… compass, altimetry…

Soft reset will have same effect that turning off. It is exactely to “clean” everything.

It would be a good idea to have this option in the settings, using the touch screen.

@ruisg Why do you want to restart the watch? I do this very, very rarely.

Me too. But the other day, after a muddy trail, I washed the watch under the tap. I immediately dried it with a cloth. But the heart rate sensor light kept flashing insistently, with nothing touching the sensor. I had to turn it off and on again.

@ruisg I wash mine off after every run. Then I’ll put the watch back on. It needs to sit without vibration for the LEDs to shut off.
