I created a custom walking sports mode for my Suunto 9 Peak Pro. For some reason the intensity zone ring around the circumference doesn’t update during the exercise, and the little pointer doesn’t appear. I can see the intensity zones durations after I save the exercise though.

Why might the intensity zone ring on the circumference not work? Is it something that can be customized, or turned off?

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos IMG_3341.jpeg heart rate at 114 but the first zone is still highlighted around the circumference and there’s no arrow pointing at the circumference either.

          Thanks,

UPDATE @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos a soft reset (pressing the upper-right button for 12 seconds) seems to have fixed the problem. I’ll post here again if it happens again.

@music_and_cities If the bottom of Z1 is above 114 bpm, which it is for me, you will not see the pointer and the display will appear as you see. The pointer will move up when you are in Z1. What is your Z1 set for?
Just checked mine, you should have a pointer at the bottom of the ring.
