Witam. Mam pytanie: czy w zegarku suunto 7 lub aplikacji można ustawić zakresy tętna? robiłam badania wydolnościowe i wiem w jakich zakresach powinnam się poruszać ale niestety nie mogę ustawić indywidualnie takich zakresów czy jest na to sposób ?
