      Hello,

Sad to hear that, when did you buy your S9PP, does your payment has crashback service?

If I were you, I’d ask a refund.

Its really sad, I was really happy with my Gen. 1 Suunto9, I just upgraded to the S9PP because of the size and the baro…

@macpen there’s certainly something wrong with your unit. You should get a completely new watch.

Agree, this does not look like a software issue, something looks wrong. Ask support.

                Hello everybody,

took some time again, today I‘ve got the service Note, that I get a new watch with my old straps and again a 3 month warranty.

                Greetings

@jjpaz I‘ve read it again, the 3 month warranty only applies if the original warranty is over!

                      Hello,

How did you open a new service case ? I had similar bugs for a brand new watch bought the 31th of July 2023. I sent it to repair and they received it the 29/08/2023. But since, I have almost no news from them (just generic email “There are delays in factory production”).

But it is obvious that I was sent a broken watch from day 1 and need a replacement.

                      Thanks.

@suunto2023user Just like the first one at https://repair.suunto.com/CustomerPortal/RepairCustomerPortal
and uploaded the service note from my previous repair together with the photos of the watch/error. Replacement/repair took about 3 weeks.
