issues when multiple SuuntoPlus apps are enabled

In the last update, the ability to have multiple SuuntoPlus enabled and remembered is a great addition, but there is some bug/weird behavior about it :
Basically, I’m using mostly the FatBurner et a SuuntoGuide for Interval training
But all the time when I have the two enabled, if I go in the List the Interval SuuntoGuide will show as “Disabled” and I can’t disable it unless i disable first the FatBurner.
