Sorry for reopening this topic, but what seemed an isolated issue is now occurring regularly. When the watch is saving an activity, after around 2 minutes it crashes; if I’m lucky it shows the initial watch face, if I’m not it shows the empty battery face (starting the activity with the battery over 40%).
Intervals data are not saved in SA afterwards.
I tried soft-reset multiple times, even unpaired the HR belt and paired it back. I don’t know what else I can do, this watch is even a replacement because my first one purchased last year behaved the same way.
      Any advice?

@Francesco-Pagano not sure what to suggest except than contacting support. Are you using an external HR monitor?

@isazi yes I’m using an external Garmin HR monitor. I contacted support via email 8 days ago and never got a reply, whilst via IG they just confirmed that my watch can be sent for service under warranty, but I wonder, would they replace it with a third model that has the same issues?

@Francesco-Pagano support can be reached in the app, BTW, and that should be the official way to contact them. I have never had this issue so I do not know what causes it, but it seems to me that it affects mostly people using an external HR monitor.
