Download custom offline maps

Hello
For the past few days, when downloading maps, I’ve been getting the following message:
Suunto Maps: Offline custom map download in progress 99% and doesn’t want to be 100%The watch is connected via WiFi and Bluetooth. Soft and hard reboots do nothing.
Do you have any idea what to do? -

@Kajkom My map downloads were working fine a couple of weeks ago without issue. So, I do not think this is on the Suunto side. Have you fully reset the watch?

@Kajkom I have more or less the same. I couldn’t download custom maps but offline maps have been downloaded for the routes I have in the watch

@Kajkom I have asked Suunto about this. Unfortunately I am traveling and do not have my S7. I will be home next week to test but should hear back from Suunto prior to that.

Its failed again for me this morning.

@quattrojames can you try to reboot your watch? It should be working now.

@isazi I’ve rebooted but it’s still not working for me. Doesn’t get to 100% and says “Downloading of customised maps failed.”

Today I’ve been able to download offline maps without rebooting
