      After long wait on the “saving” screen at the end of my last activity, the watch crashed and only saved basic information. Is there a way to retrieve the missing information by sending logs? I never did it before and I don’t know exactly what is needed.

        @Francesco-Pagano There is not a way to retrieve the missing information I am afraid.

            @isazi Yes I did, as I always do (except for swimming). To be fair, I am only missing intervals data on SA, but it’s still showing in full on intervals.icu so I am happy. Though it’s not great to hear that you can’t retrieve all information in case this happens again.

              This has now happened for the 3rd time in 2 weeks, after soft-reset, and on top of that, the last time the watch showed the empty battery display, after a 60-minute run started with 35% battery. Considering that it’s happening with a watch that was sent as a replacement due to this latter described issue, I’m back to highly disappointed 😞
