Suunto 9 peak pro and strava

Hi,
I just buy a suunto 9pp and very happy.
But I have a problem with strava’s transfert.
It’s ok for running mode “basic” but I create a custom mode (running) no tranfert… Any idea ? Thanks ! -

no transfer at all or does it not show “running”? -
@freeheeler the standart mode provide by suunto the transfert are ok, only customized mode are not ok…

what do you mean by “not ok”? it does not transfer or do you miss data or type of sport?
I have always used customized sport mode for running. only this morning: it works as always.I will create a test sport mode and check if I can simulate the problem
edit: works as expected.
maybe create another custom sport and try again? -
@freeheeler thanks for your answer. In my case nothing is transfered… But I recreate a new mode (same parameters) and now it’s correct !
