S9peak froze on watch face with backlight on

@thanasis you can send logs using the app.
-
@isazi hello. Yes I did that but I don’t know if this adds any value or it is related to the app only . Does it also record the watch related issues ?
-
@thanasis yes it does. Did you do it immediately after the issue happened? If so send me a PM with the email associated with your SA account and I’ll fill a bug with Suunto.
-
@isazi and all hi . This happened again today . Any news ?
-
some more related material
this was not during any exercise or so, but I was walking
I have the notifications enabled (if this is of any value) and the watch face is the one with the barometer graph.
considering that this has happened twice during the last 15 days I am inclined to believe it is firmware related rather than device specific.

@thanasis
I had the exact same issue you experienced. With the same barometer watchface but with the dotted exercice day of the week watchface too.
Now I use the slash formatted clock (hh/mm) with notification but 24h HR and sleep are disabled. I haven’t experienced this issue again since I use this watchface (maybe 15 days). -
No news, Suunto knows but that’s all.
-
@wyvern if it is related to the watchface I Am happy to change it , but it is really annoying not knowing if your watch is actually showing the correct things , like the time for instance … it was showing 12 min off because it was frozen for so long
-
@isazi today it happened again . Just now
-
dear all
do you know should i contact support or wait for firmware update? It appears that it is happening on days with multiple sport activities and with heavier watch faces (i.e. The barometre graph) but it has happened 4 times
-
@thanasis maybe change watchface until next firmware? You can also contact support if you think there’s something wrong with your watch.
-
@thanasis yeah please send the logs , then change a watchface , if that does not solve this , then chat me. I’ll escalate this.
