Incorrect altitude recorded
-
I noticed that altitude reported in suunto app with my Suunto 9 is wong, it always start to 0 even if i start for example at 100m. Same move in movescount is reported correctly.

@renton82 known issue and will be fixed soon.

@renton82 Until the bug is resolved by suunto: you can upload your track to Strava (eg by RunGap for iOS) and you’ll get correct altitude information. For me at least with S3F: in SA „0“ in Strava correct data

@renton82 I have the same experience than you but I have Suunto 3 Fitness. Two days ago I did a cyclism route and it didn’t count me the altitude. Today was the same, the altitude was 0 when I did a lot, around 1000m. I’ve searched information and I haven’t resolve this problem. Thank you
