After the last update, one of my custom sport modes had disappeared. I didn’t think much of and created the mode anew. Maybe it was my mistake - so I thought. But now, after the 2.20.30 Hotfix update, another custom mode disappeared. Any thoughts on this?

I realized this in a multisport activity. A second question: I was not able to access the “More sport modes …” when choosing the second activity. I mean the icon with the three dots. Is it normal that I can only choose from the “pre-selected” sport modes in a multisport activity?

Seems nobody else has had this issue 🤔 Maybe it’s because the connection between my watch and the app is interrupted frequently during sync as I’m often not wearing the watch - or I sometimes deliberately abort the sync by killing the app when being on the move 🙈

I wish the sport modes were saved on the app and no connection was necessary for modifying them. Would possible make it more comfortable and more robust … Like editing routes.

I saw this before, when this happens there is not other solution to reset the watch to factory. Yeah… that bad.

About saving sport modes and settings is very requested here, me too.

          Sorry.

@bulkan Interesting! Thanks for your tip! So, you’re saying this may happen again and again until I’m fully resetting the watch? This wouldn’t be so bad. Just good to know if that prevents further issues …

@simon it only happens after an update and in very rare cases… but once it happened the only solution to have the spots modes back is with the reset.

Thanks 🙂 I just reset the watch. Not such a big deal.
