No energy saving mode, anymore

Since yesterday it is no longer possible to go into the energy saving mode. After pressing the icon, the clock just shuts off and I have to restart. Tried five times. Also, it happened once that I got into a mode where I should choose if I want to go into ‘Shipmentmode’. There were 3 modes to choose from.
