27.01.2022 Update messes up watch face colors
-
@nikita_gx get a GPS fix, so your watch knows where you are to correctly shade the sunrise and sunset times !
-
@egika This is not about the timing but the color itself. The watchface has always been mostly blue + yellow. Not it’s all white/red-ish + yellow, whichever option you choose for this watchface.
-
@nikita_gx I have the same issue.
-
@egika I think I got it now, trying to get the gps readings now, will share later
-
@nikita_gx can you report back after the watch had a GPS fix please?
-
@nikita_gx I don’t get it…
You mean you select the dark blue outdoor watchface and it ends up purple(ish)?I tried but I can’t reproduce. Blue is blue on my watch.
-
folks: the color shadings are not there until the watch knows where it currently is. Those colors represent the time of sunrise and sunset. Without the position these can’t be computed.
@surfboomerang if you would like to try you can reset your watch and see yourself -
@egika GPS signal is weak. I’ll try later when I go outside, will confirm later.
-
@egika From the pictures and the description I thought that the color of the dial was different than the one selected.
No sunrise/set information without GPS fix is known.
-
@egika all good after GPS track

Until now, here in Germany, SA (ios) tells me that an update is available and downloaded, but my S9P doesn‘t see it. Has anybody an idea what‘s wrong?
-
@hexa62 there is a thread talking about this. Charge the watch and during tonight it will update automatically.
