Expecting more was I slogan during my Spartan ultra/s9b age.
I still remember the discussion that we made for requesting vo2max on s9b.
But after my s9p, I enjoy the first phase of the product, you can see how Suunto reacts to stabilize their flagship watch time by time, itâs fun, and some exchanges are precious and worth the money. (But telling someone the difference between s9b and s9pp is worthless)
Iâm sure s9pp will become stronger itâs why I highly recommend ambit3peak user to buy s9pp, itâs a totally new journey.

No, but you can hammer on your S9PP and then we can see what will happen, mine goes back to amazonâŚwell, time will show, you will have probably some owners here who will post they experiences about it, me not.
I expect your video hammering the Garmin 7X, donât worry for the price tag should resist, or not. I havenât seen any complain of people with S9P (same case than the S9PP) about durability and the watch is in the market for more than a year so, again no facts from your side.
well, in Germany we say: who buy cheap it buys 2 times (Suunto 9 PP is expensive in price, but cheap in all other ways)
This again is your feeling/opinion, in my opinion a Coros Vertix 2 (I had one in my hands) or Garmin 9XX, both feel cheap/toyish in materials compared with my S9B but Iâm sure are great watches and tough enough. Both are opinions not facts.

@zhang965 I think so, they can do the same only with the gps chip, but anyway is a cool feature that Suunto made (still in S5/S59/S9/S9B/S9P) and competitors havenât matched.

@A Former User Iâm afraid I digress. Polar does OHR as it should, both during sport and resting. I moved to a Vantage from a Spartan Sport WHR baro a couple of years ago and itâs like night and day between the two brands.

@cosme-costa Fusedalti, fusedtrack are very good examples of Suunto. Fusedspeed is the best future for me. No other manufacturer can even come close to keeping up at the moment. It probably isnât sexy enough for Garmin.
The S9PP is just too small for me. -

Be warned though, there are a lot of people who are complaining about their Fenix 7, and seems like a LOT of bugs! One guy even says he prefers his Apple watch! Good lord. Poor Garmin. Hope your experience is better. Good luck!
