@filipsvensson92 you need just running for VO2, the other exercises do not contribute, and walking will provide you VO2MAX levels only after the algorithm is working. Did you have some half a hour or so runs, with effort in different HR zones? Did you setup your zones, or at least max and resting heart rate?

@isazi @isazi ok. I’ve been running for 20-30 minutes or so. Only indoor running on a treadmill though. I have set up max HR and reating HR. I haven’t sat up any zones though, can this be the issue?

@isazi I checked an old running exercise from the log now and there I can se the different intensity zones. I can also se something called “cadence” 78v/min it says.

                    I’m surprised, too… but I don’t run indoors anyway 😉

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos do I have to register many running exercises over a shorter time frame to get V02 registered? When I scroll down to the icon it just says: “hold the middle button down to show further instructions” and when I do that just an overall instruction regarding what V02max really is appears…

@filipsvensson92 did you reach a high zone ? It needs lets say a 15minute zone 3 to zone 4 at least workout
