Strava issues fixes
-
Some of the Strava issues that the Suunto App beta users are having should be now fixed.
There is no update needed as this is a server side fix.- Fixed issues with Ambits and Traverse that could not send activities to Strava
- Fixed missing HR data
- Fixed laps and times
-
-
@stromdiddily yes . Here too. HR basically a flat line. Edit: polar H10 here
-
I tested and it was right for me with Polar H7 sensor.
-
I have a Polar H7 and this did not work for me. Flat line like others have reported.
-
Strange, today I do squash workout, with SSSW + Polar HR, and I have data

-
Just to be clear my activity was with S9 baro, Polar H7, and Stryd power/footpod
Maybe this has to do with where this data is stored in the backend?
-
Did 8k run today and HR is there for me now, using polar H10
-
Today Interval Running:
- SSSW (2.5.18)
- HR Polar H7

- SA (Android 3.54.1)
- Stryd (1.1.8)
Strava: https://strava.app.link/zeKScDA6zS
SA: https://app.suunto.com/move/suzzlo/5c10b06c8bfe5d2476935292HR is there

Laps are there, and seems to be correct

-
Flat line for me as well after today’s run. I am using Stryd if it has something to do with it.

Keep the posts coming guys thanks

@Zdeněk-Hruška iOS or Android?
-
@suzzlo iOS
-
@Zdeněk-Hruška @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos could it be iOS vs Android problem?
-
@suzzlo My flat HR was produced from Android
-
@Yannis-Belouris After Dimitros message of “all issues corrected?”
-
@suzzlo Yes. Yesterday evening, well after Dimitrios post.
Was with polar H10 and Android. Will try now just on run of 700m with wrist HR and report back.
EDIT: On my test run with wristHR all is well on Strava. Maybe the fix was not 100% up yesterday?
Will make on with polar again in a few hours -
@Yannis-Belouris My run was from this morning so I don’t know but will definitely try again. There is an average HR in Strava but the graph is still wrong

Will make on with polar again in a few hoursMy run from this morning with Polar H10 is correct (values and graph) in Strava. Anyway I do not see why the brand of the belt could affect this issue, eventually is the watch who send the info to SA -> Strava and the info is in SA.

@cosmecosta correct
