@GiPFELKiND yeah, but all of it is inaccurate, for me HR zones are the best we have and ZS seems to agree with my thresholds almost all the time unless fatigued or stressed. But I will try to set paces and see if that makes a difference with plan creation, seems that it works on your side.

@timecode i really hope that too, I use other service for plans, just to get a structure and so far Suunto service cannot even get basics right in my case:
- Got a high intensity intervals next day after the long run, while half of the week is empty in few plans
- Got 3-4 workouts in 1 day, while 3 days are empty few plans
- Getting rest day after chosen rest day throughout all weeks.
That was just the ones I remember best. It is possible to make ok training plans with AI, but it needs a lot of touches in this case

@2b2bff completely agree. IMO at least the Suunto Guide should include a warmup phase and then the main training phase…
Also, nonsense trainings/Guides should not be proposed by the AI Plan (in my case I have a 15 min trekking…)

Ok, today was the before mentioned run planned: Easy with hard intervals. The Guide was not helpful at all. Only one single step: Run 50 minutes with average HR of 164.
If I was new to running I wouldn’t have know what to do at all. So I did the intervals by myself.
There is a lot room for improvement…

Did anybody mention any changes in ‘My plan’ due to for instance intense unplanned trainings or bad nights?

@Alonzo I asked, but I didn’t get any answer… I’ve seen in a YouTube video, that plan should take this into account, but I’m still unsure

My training plan created by MyPlan is not seen in SuuntoPlus.
Only 2 weeks were there. Rest was not uploaded to Suunto Plus.
How to do it? -

iOS beta and multi Suunto watch with latest firmware. -
@querro7 this is the way it is supposed to work, to avoid filling your watch with future guides that you do not need now

@querro7 that’s the normal way of work… also with any other external system, like intervals.icu

I’ve started a plan to try after I’ve seeing the Joaquin’s video.
The 2 first weeks has created by the Plan and move to my Suunto Guide section in my Suunto iOS beta app.
Since the third week has begun, I’ haven’t got none of the workout created by the Plan in my Suunto Guide section in my Suunto iOS beta app.
I’ have several Suunto device. I tried to switch with them but nothing work.

@Mi_chael can you check the guides in the app? Are they there and not synced, or not there at all? What happens if you delete the old ones?

At the beginning of the week, old are there but not the new ones. I deleted it but nothing appeared.

@isazi same for me. I have old trainings in Suunto Guides. I deleted a few of the but nothing happened. New one still not uploaded.
