@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Thank You for the info about the progress. I downgaded to the previous version following the intructions provided by some other users. Should I upgrade now or is more or less the same thing to have the previous version installed until the next versión is provided?
Thanks again. -
Updated yesterday. OHR is working, sleep tracking with HRV went well and battery consumption during my morning run was as expected. So far everything looking good, thanks @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
-
@Francesco-Pagano Hope we see a similaar release for the Race soon. Tired of restarting my watch to get OHR to work.

Hi, I’ve updated my device with the new version 2.39.34, the device has been updated but returned at the end the error 1301,the device was recovered after an error.
Anyone had the same problem?
There’s a solution?Thanks,
Regards
Raffaele

@Francesco-Pagano But then is it just a rollback or does it include some of the small improvements that 2.39.20 had, like remembering the last navigation option or the supposedly greater GPS accuracy?
Thanks!
-
@enriqueescoms I would say just a rollback, by looking at the activity navigation settings
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
If I may ask a small question… the next update will also address the small issues that arose in race and vertical. -
@Danny-poleg yes
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Thank you very much - I hope you were able to enjoy your vacation a little bit.
May it be a happy and successful new year for all of us -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos can we expect a fix for the race, shortly, as well?

Hello, how are you? I am reaching out for the first time on the forum because I have a problem with my 9 Peak Pro watch. Since the last update, it stops measuring heart rate (HR), and consequently, it doesn’t track my sleep. When I do a soft reset, it starts working again. However, after a while, it stops working once more. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a solution?
-
@eseneve Yes, everybody who upgraded to 2.39.20 had this issue. You should now upgrade to 2.39.34 (which is actually a downgrade, as it’s likely a copy of the pre-2.39.20 with just the version number increased) and the problems should go away.
-
@enriqueescoms , as said in the Suunto app the new version is a downgrade to a previous version of the software to fix a critical issue caused by the latest update. This software is practically the same version as 2.37.48.

After the update my S9PP has battery drain issues e.g. I lost 19% in half a day. In the night the background light is going on lifting the arm even though DND is active. Background setting is low and light on lifting set off. Does anyone have similar problems?
-
@supergroover I didn’t experience anything similar. Did you check the “raise to wake” setting? Settings -> General -> Display -> Raise to wake
-
Is there a +/- ETA for the bugfix release? Like weeks or months?
-
@Francesco-Pagano Raise to wake is off, backlight low, standby off.
-
@supergroover and in control panel, is backlight also off?
-
@isazi After the updates I missed that there is another setting for backlight. In control panel backlight was on. That should reduce battery usage. Thank you very much.
