@jofre100 Since you have done soft resets I would attempt a hard reset. But first, are you using custom or stock sport mode?

@Brad_Olwin update: i’ve done a hard reset and the problem is still there… I don’t know what else to do… Pretty annoying to reboot every time I use the belt…

What HR belt are you using? And above is this 9 Peak or 9 Peak Pro?

If you are on the firmware you stated it is the 9 Peak not the Pro, please correct this and tell me which HR belt you are using. The 9 Peak development is likely done at the last update. The hardware for the 9 Peak and 9Peak Pro are different.

Yes, try this and see what happens. I do not have my 9 peak with me but will check all this tonight.
