      I’ve achieved PB today and very exited.

      However, when I watch the map after synchronization, the route on the map is only partially shown as if other part of the route is artificially cut.

      It’s very odd because every other data seem to be normal except that total distance is slightly longer.

      Below two routes are actually same running and should be same.

      Is anyone know how can fix this?

        Doubt the app is responsible for this, most probably the watch lost GPS and computed distance with the accelerometer, something that Suunto does pretty well (therefore the good statistics).

          @isazi I also thought the same because the route is cut right in front of a short tunnel.

          However it’s strange that the gps signal is lost and reconnected exactly at the same point.

            @Soojong-Moon you are right, did not notice that. Do you use Strava or some other service? Is the map missing there too?

                @isazi Also it should show route on the map
                even when the gps signal is lost and watch depended on the fused track, isn’t it?

                  @Soojong-Moon no, fusedtrack works only in endurance and ultra mode.

                    @Soojong-Moon then I doubt is the iOS app being the issue, it seems to originate from the watch.

                      @isazi I didn’t know that. Thank you.

                      Then, the distance estimation of S9 seems to be fantastic because the gps siganal was recevied for only 2.5km in total 8.6km running.
                      Total error was about 300m within this condition.

                        @isazi I agree. It’s just strange that the point of signal lost and found is exlatly same. Maybe related to military operations or aliens? 🙂

                        I’ve rebooted my S9 and will watch if this error happens again.
                        Thanks for your advice and interest anyway.
