After updating the app to 3.45.1 it does not synchronize anything with movescount.
Because it is not possible to continue with the two applications while Suunto App grows.
I can not change the Clock settings.
Creating routes in the mobile is very complicated.
Unable to see the profile of the route
How can we add POI?
-
When you say Movescount , do you mean MC App or MC web (via cable) ?
Because MC web works for me
-
Can you elaborate on this?
-
SA has given a “warning” before!
If you click in SA on “Explore” and on “Route”, SA gives you a warning.With my own words:
If you create routes with Suunto app, the syncronisations of activitys and routes with Movescount will stop … would you like to continue. yes/no…
-
@Oli_Ver I suppose noone reads?
-
It would be nice/useful to know if @Jose-Luis did it (new routes or sport customisation) as he just mentioned the SA upgrade
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos yes, I’m too…
-
ok, it’s in german, but I’m sure it looks same in other languages.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I read the warning and I acept.
Error.
The new moves settings and other functions are not synchronized with those that movescount is no longer operational.
You can not add old Moves to SA, I can not change clock settings, etc.The question now is, how or when these changes can be made or get the functionality of movescount?
In addition there is no way to synchronize with strava.
The Clock does not synchronize
The App does not synchronize
Can not export gpx

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
In the last SA version it’s enough to accept the message to break the sync … isn’t it ?
-
@sartoric the message says disconnect.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
Honestly I don’t remember the exact words, but it sounded more like “if you sync routes you’ll lose connection”, like the sport modesBut anyway, I’ll reset the SA … I can’t find the post where it was explained how to do it.
Can someone please link it here ?Thanks
P.S.
Maybe a sticky post with the procedure (and cons) should be useful
-
Effectively if you accept the message there is no synchronization anymore. As Suunto App does not synchronize with Strava, I can no longer analyze my runs.
I can not import my routes.I’ve tried it from www.sports-tracker.com but I can not import routes and if I import races to strava it adds 40 minutes.
I am waiting for the update of the clock or the application to see how this issue can be solved.
I have been quiet waiting for someone to answer, but it seems that no one has these problems or that nobody wants to solve them.

@Jose-Luis You have to do a factory reset on your watch to re-establish the link to movescount. Reseting the app or just deleting the route won’t fix it.
